Kai Pono combines the best local cuisine with innovative global flavours, resulting in little flavour bombs such as Thai Chilli & Lemongrass, Massaman Jackfruit, Beet & Plum, Red Bean, Shitake & Miso, Smoked Chipotle Pumpkin, Smashed Pea & Mint and Porcini Mushroom.
Kai Pono means‘Honest Food’in Maori, the language of the indigenious people of New Zealand, where people and the country itself are living in harmony with nature.
Whether serving as bites, finger food, or on burgers, our diverse range of products is made at Wild Nation–our Centre of Excellence in Hastings, New Zealand. This facility is known as “the source” due to its unique location, its careful ingredient selection process, and long-term strong relationships with local growers. Our traceability program ensures that all products can be traced back to the field of origin.
