The Habitat Penang Hill is a discovery centre and sanctuary set on 130 million year-old, virgin rainforest on Penang island. Opened in 2012, it offers an authentic, educational experience to thousands of visitors each year, and is a treasure trove of diversity. The proceeds of The Habitat are channelled into The Habitat Foundation, which focusses on promoting biodiversity conservation and enabling meaningful environment solutions in Malaysia and throughout SE Asia. The Habitat and the Habitat Foundation were the catalysts of our realignment and rechannelling of our energy, resources, and commitment to be a force for good and to bring about positive change through our business activities.
